I serve as the WSP's collision reconstruction program manager with continuing training of our personnel my primary focus. I also oversee our procurement and deployment of forensic measurement technologies. Currently we utilize UAVs, GNSS devices, and three-dimensional LiDAR scanners as measurement tools.
