Mr. Warren has 25+ years of experience within engineering disciplines and 15 years of experience as a traffic accident reconstructionist. Mr. Warren is skilled in scene investigation, evidence collection, preservation from vehicles and sites, crash data retrieval from vehicle modules, computer photogrammetry, total station forensic mapping of vehicles and crash sites. Mr. Warren’s experience also includes roadway geometry design, residential/commercial land development design, underground and aerial utility design, 3D models, and court graphics. Mr. Warren has investigated and reconstructed complex crashes involving multiple vehicles, heavy trucks, pedestrians, motorcycles, All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV).
Mr. Warren has been qualified in The State of Florida as an accident reconstruction expert.
