Jeff Riesselman is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.), an ACTAR accredited accident reconstructionist and is certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (P.T.O.E.) in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Riesselman holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Riesselman has forensic engineering experience reconstructing traffic accidents, inspecting vehicles, performing site surveys and downloading event data from airbag and commercial engine control modules. He is a certified Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician and Analyst. He specializes in the investigation of accidents involving traffic signals and compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Mr. Riesselman’s professional experience also includes highway and traffic design, transportation planning, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic operations analysis.
