Steve is a retired New Jersey State Trooper who retired in 2012 after 25 years of service. While active in the NJSP he spent more than ten years in assignments strictly related to vehicle and vessel accident reconstruction. In addition to general accident investigation and reconstruction experience, Steve has considerable experience with the MUTCD and the investigation of accidents occurring in roadway construction zones. He also has considerable experience investigating emergency vehicle accidents and police pursuits. Also while active in the NJSP, Steve spent approximately 15 years working part time with the NJSP Marine Services Bureau conducting marine policing operations and investigating boating and towed waterspouts accidents. He is the holder of a USCG 100 Ton Master License. Steve has provided expert testimony since 1994.
