Paul Gruen is the owner-operator of Topgun Collision Reconstruction, a consulting company located in Sierra Vista. His company offers investigation and reconstruction services for all types of vehicle and pedestrian collisions throughout Arizona. Mr. Gruen has been in business for 15 years. Before starting his business in 2002, he spent 24 years investigating and reconstructing collisions for law enforcement, both as a Cochise County Sheriff’s Deputy and as an Arizona Highway Patrol Officer.
During his 35 plus years, Mr. Gruen has received over 1400 hours of specialized training in all aspects of collision reconstruction through training seminars and well known schools such as the Northwestern University Traffic Institute, Texas A & M, and the Institute of Police Traffic Management.
Mr. Gruen is accredited through A.C.T.A.R. (Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction), a licensed private investigator, and a member of several professional organizations.
