Proficient in full reconstruction, crash data retrieval, equipment analysis, critical incident review, expert testimony, and a variety of forensic services. Responsible for the development of reconstruction curriculum, field training, and has conducted crash tests. Has published peer reviewed studies and presented at international symposiums. Retired as regional statewide supervisor of the Collision Reconstruction Unit for the New York State Police.
