Mr. Johnson is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Idaho, Montana, North Carolina, and Tennessee and holds a degree in engineering from Texas A&M University. He has over 35 years of experience in the field and has held positions ranging from Design Engineer to Vice President of various engineering and technology companies, including Honeywell, Siemens, Wood Group Mustang, and SparkCognition. He is the founder of PAJ Consulting LLC, a registered Engineering Firm in the state of Texas.
Mr. Johnson has performed numerous traffic crash investigations and reconstructions and hundreds of post-event forensic analyses of vehicular behavior using photographic, videographic, and on-board performance data. He is accredited as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and has earned certificates in crash investigation, vehicle dynamics, and crash reconstruction from Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety. He is recognized as a Traffic Crash Reconstruction Professional by Northwestern University. He has also completed a curriculum in accident reconstruction from the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and is certified in Event Data Recorder (EDR) “Black Box” systems. He has over 30 years of experience building, modifying, and racing cars and motorcycles. Mr. Johnson holds competitive racing licenses with six racing bodies and has designed, built, and driven vehicles that hold various world records. Mr. Johnson has extensive knowledge of automobile and motorcycle design, construction, and performance dynamics. Mr. Johnson also operates a YouTube automobile repair channel with over 350,000 viewers.
