I began my career with the Missouri State Highway Patrol in January of 2011. Upon successful completion of recruit training, I was assigned as a road officer to Troop F / Zone 06 which covers Morgan and Moniteau Counties. In September of 2014, I successfully completed the Institute of Police Technology and Management’s (IPTM) Traffic Crash Reconstruction course. Upon completion of this course, I was certified as a Troop level reconstructionist. I was primarily tasked with reconstructing impairment related crashes resulting in serious injuries while still serving as a road officer. In November of 2022, I transitioned to the Major Crash Investigation Unit, Team #5, becoming a Major Crash Investigator.
