Dr. Shekhawat specializes in accident reconstruction and biomechanics of human injury. He analyzes and resolves accidents using fundamental principles and presents them in easy to understand language. He provides examination and analysis in both biomechanics and biodynamics for various accident situations, such as falls, traffic collisions, altercations, and workplace accidents. His doctoral research focused on the load‐bearing ability of cartilage from healthy and injured joints of the knee and ankle. Dr. Shekhawat routinely serves as a reviewer for international journals including Elsevier and the American Journal of Sports Medicine.
