Over 20 years' experience in the investigation and reconstruction of traffic collisions and other types of accidents involving all types of road and off-road vehicles. My firm also provides litigation support for cases involving roadway design, traffic operations, and work zone safety. We are experts in the engineering standards used by State DOT's in California, Hawaii, Arizona, and Louisiana; as well as the AASHTO and FHWA engineering guidelines used by most other State DOTs. My firm and I have designed traffic signals, public roadways, freeways, private trails, and many other types of facilities. I have the experience to identify contributing factors related to the design, maintenance, and operation of a roadway that are often overlooked by attorneys and investigators without design backgrounds.
