Justin F. Morgan, Ph.D., is a scientist with research and industry experience in human factors and driver performance. Dr. Morgan has conducted applied research and testing in human factors, including driver performance for both passenger and commercial motor vehicles, for clients including the United States Department of Transportation, state governments, and private industry. He has taught university courses on human performance and human factors, published original research on commercial motor vehicles, automotive safety, and human performance in peer-reviewed journals, and serves as a reviewer for multiple professional journals.

As a scientific consultant, Dr. Morgan applies human performance principles to the forensic evaluation of accidents involving commercial vehicles, automobiles, pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles.

Dr. Morgan has testified in federal and state court and has conducted forensic evaluations across the United States.
