I have been employed by the Evanston Police Department for over 18 years. I spent 9 years in the Traffic Unit and am currently assigned to a patrol shift.
I was qualified as a Crash Reconstruction Specialist by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board is 2017 and became ACTAR Accredited in 2018.
I am currently the Vice President of the Illinois Association of Technical Accident Investigators, the Chair of the ACTAR Continuing Education Committee, and an instructor for Northwestern University.
I previously served as the Deputy Commander of a multijurisdictional major crash team that covers 12 communities in the northern Chicago suburbs.
