Captain Webb, Retired, has been the Director of Accident Analysis Service since 1979. He has over 55 years of accident investigation experience. He Retired as Captain after serving thirty years with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards & Training. He was also on the faculty of University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) for three years and served three years as Director of the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center. Captain Webb also has eight years of military and municipal police experience. While at the Oregon Police Academy, he served as the “On-Call” Fatal Accident Investigator for the Polk County District Attorney’s Office. He is a Graduate of the Air Force Police Academy, the Oregon Police Academy and held Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Police Officer Certification in Oregon. Captain Webb earned his Undergraduate Degree from Southern Oregon University and Graduate Degree from the University of Illinois.
