Steve is a sergeant with the Pennsylvania State Police and is assigned as the Supervisor of the Bureau of Patrol's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit. He also teaches collision investigation and reconstruction courses for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and the Institute of Police Technology & Management (IPTM).
