I've been an Ohio law enforcement officer since 2004, working as a crash investigator, motor officer, commercial vehicle enforcement officer, and Reconstructionist for my county's Metro Crash Investigation Team. I have also been an Adjunct Instructor for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy - Advance Training Section for Traffic Crash Investigations since 2013, and in 2021 was retained as a Subject Matter Expert in Crash Reconstruction for the Ohio Attorney General's Office. As of 2026, I am an adjunct instructor for crash investigation courses for the Institute of Police Technology and Management at the University of North Florida.

I opened Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC in 2011 and have grown to include offices in northern and southern Ohio, Houston TX, and Miami FL. In 2021 I launched our company's first mobile field office. Crash Tech has provided consulting services to civil personal injury attorneys, insurance defense attorneys, prosecutor offices, law enforcement agencies, and criminal defense attorneys.

I have been published in the Ohio Association of Justice's magazine, been a speaker for Fortune 100 companies, training groups, and insurance agents.
