I have been part of the Reconstruction program since May 2019 as a Level 3 Technical Collision Investigator (TCI), while conducting front line duties as a police officer. I successfully completed the Ontario Provincial College Reconstruction program in May 2021 and have been conducting those duties since that time as part of the specialized Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (T.I.M.E.) team.
