He holds full accreditation in accident reconstruction from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Will is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) by the North America Transportation Management Institute (NATMI). He is a certified trainer for courses offered by NATMI as well.
