I have been employed with the Rapid City SD Police Department for 30 years. I am currently the supervisor of the Crash Analysis & Reconstruction Team within our Department. I teach crash Investigation courses for our Department and also the State of South Dakota Law Enforcement Training Academy. I am an Adjunct Instructor for the Institute of Police Technology and Management through the University of North Florida.
