My career spans more than 40 years, beginning with 12 years of law enforcement experience with the Boise Idaho Police Department, 10 years as an instructor at Northwestern University Traffic Institute, and 3 years as an investigator with the National Transportation Safety Board. I started my own consulting firm in 1995, licensed in the State of Texas as TARAS, Inc.
