I began working for the Missouri State Highway Patrol on January 3, 2011, as a road trooper. My first assignment was in Pulaski County. On September 26, 2014, I successfully completed the Crash Reconstruction course at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy and became a Troop-level reconstructionist. In 2016, I transferred from Pulaski County to Barry County and continued working as a road trooper/Troop-level reconstructionist. In December 2018, I was offered a position as a full-time crash investigator and began working in the Major Crash Investigation Unit (MCIU) of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. I was assigned to Team 3 of the MCIU.
