I am an Accident Reconstructionist certified through the NYS Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) and the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM) in 1987. I am one of the first Reconstructionists certified by ACTAR in NYS. I am a retired Chief of the Westchester County Police in NY, a nationally accredited police agency where I have commanded the Special Operations and Patrol and Detective divisions, including the accident investigation/reconstruction unit. I am certified as an NYS Private Investigator and the owner-operator of Crash Vector LLC, an accident investigation reconstruction company, and Maximum Detection LLC, an investigative company. My testimony regarding traffic accident reconstruction and police procedures has been accepted numerous times in NYS Supreme Civil and Criminal Courts and the Southern District of NY Federal Court. I accept both plaintiff and defense cases.
