Hi, My name is Mick Hardiman and I am a Detective Leading Senior Constable with the Victoria Police Collision Reconstruction Unit. My role is to work closely with the Major Collision Investigation Unit (MCIU) and other members within Victoria Police to reconstruct fatal and life-threatening injury collisions occurring across Victoria. I have worked in this role for approximately 10 years and have been a member a member of Victoria Police for 20 years.
