In 1978. I began a career as a police officer and soon thereafter became interested in traffic collisions. In 1988. I completed reconstruction training at IPTM and began doing reconstruction. I served with Birmingham Police Department until 2002 when I retired and started at Fultondale Police Department where I worked until 2016. I've worked as a consultant since 1988 and have trained in CDR as a technician and analyst as well as the "Train the Trainer" program. I completed ACTAR accreditation at my 1st opportunity after the program began, and have proudly maintained that accreditation.
