Mr. Peak is a certified ASE (Automotive Service of Excellence), Master Automotive Technician, and a
Medium/Heavy Truck Technician certified in brakes and air brake systems. He has also worked as a full time
mechanic where he performed service on a variety of different vehicles including domestic and import
models. Mr. Peak has extensive experience and training in the areas of vehicle accident investigation and
reconstruction, as well as product failure analysis.
Mr. Peak has worked in the field of law enforcement, where he specialized in traffic enforcement, traffic
accident investigation, and traffic homicide investigation. He has also had experience testifying in court
on cases involving vehicle accidents in both the criminal and civil arenas. Furthermore, he has experience
investigating many different types of vehicle accidents including single vehicle, multi-vehicle, motorcycle
and commercial vehicle accidents.
Mr. Peak also has experience in the field of vehicle design, having worked with Ford Motor Company in
their prototype division at the proving grounds in Naples, Florida. Here he assisted engineers in the
development and evaluation of prototype vehicles.
