I am a retired Dayton Ohio Police Detective, having been responsible for the investigation of all fatal and serious crashes in the City of Dayton from 1981 to 1989. I have been reconstructing traffic crashes and fatalities with Law-Science Technologies, Inc., since the fall of 1989. I was ACTAR Accredited in 1994, hold ACTAR # 254.
I have been accepted as an Expert on Accident Reconstruction in Federal Court, Ohio Court of Claims, numerous Common Please Courts throughout Ohio, Municipal Courts throughout Ohio, as well as Juvenile Courts in Ohio.
I have reconstructed traffic crashes for the Ohio Court of Claims, Federal Public Defender's Office, numerous Prosecutors Offices, Public Defenders Office, and Juveniles Courts. Our office reconstructs traffic crashes for Insurance Companies, as well as Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys. We do not work for private individuals.
