Kevin came to Dynamic Safety after 12 years of consulting in numerous fields of mechanical engineering. He has extensive experience and training in the areas of vehicular component and systems testing; vehicle dynamics and accident reconstruction related to automobiles, commercial vehicles, off-highway construction equipment, trains & railroad collisions, vehicle fires, fires related to mechanical equipment, and computer-based collision simulations (HVE-3D). Kevin also investigates forklifts, aerial lifts, and industrial equipment & heavy machinery. His professional experience and education includes product development and reliability, vehicle safety, suspension design, and drivetrain systems design. He is also an adjunct faculty instructor at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety where he teaches courses in the areas of traffic collision investigation and reconstruction.
